A Loving Moment!

Control, containment and necessary precautions for the coronavirus virus COVID 19 crisis, may have caused a sense of fear within the human psych. And the truth is that fear can be the source and cause of depression, anxiety, or feeling sad. Fear can also contribute to physical effects, such as paralysis, or crippling of the body. Especially because of its effect of stress. This is why it is so important to look beyond the fear. Fear that is associated with control, containment; instead think through a loving lens: adjustment. I am healthy, this too shall pass.

During times of crisis, it is times of healing, tender love and care towards the individual and collective level that can be the difference makers. As psychological effects are transformative with tender love and care. Below are some quotes from the book I recently finished reading entitled: “LOVE IS LETTING GO OF FEAR” By Gerald G. Jampolsky, MD. While I always try to share my own personal words of hope, love and inspiration, I found these words to be sources for upheaval and mental strength, and have decided to share during the time of the Coronavirus public health crisis, that is a source and cause contributor to many other crisis’ taking effect.

“LOVE IS LETTING GO OF FEAR” Gerald G. Jampolsky. Quotes To Inspire:

In times of crisis there will be periods of sadness, upheaval and trying to lift the spirt, it is important to remember to embrace the emotions that are taking place. Affirmations and positive words should serve to reach points of lifting the heart and spirit, and most importantly bringing us back to our true essence of love! Sending love and well wishes to all. Thank you!
