I would like to wish a very happy Hispanic Heritage Month 2023 ahead of time, that formally begins in the United States of America between September 15 – October 15th 2023. This year I decided to learn how to cook Empanadas. Empanadas are a traditional Spanish recipe that originates from Galicia, Spain. However, the origin of the Empanada are also associated with many other Latin America, Hispanic / Latino cultures in America, such as: Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, El Salvador, Columbia, México and Venezuela. The Empanada is also known as a Puff Pastry in France with pastry variations also created in Italy. The traditional Spanish Empanada is created by filling a bread / dough pastry, that I would like to share with y’all for Hispanic Heritage Month 2023. I prepared the dough / pastry on 09.07.2023 and baked on the 09.08.2023. Yummy, welcome and thank you! 🙂
