The other day I shared a response via Facebook to Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio’s (R-FL) interview with Maria Bartiromo for Fox News. After taking the time to reflect upon my own thoughts, I decided that as per previous writings that the thoughts that I had shared are deeply personal, when I stated “I believe” or this is right and this is wrong. While it is without a doubt that the mass public who are protesting or raising their voices outside of the Supreme Court in Washington DC, USA, are actually raising personally held beliefs, publicly. Most of the time I prefer to keep a neutral tone, but then wondered – what if a deeply held personal opinion has the potential to change the course of history?
Anyway. I decided that it was important to expand upon the thought related to casual sexual intercourse or as commonly referred to as casual sex. To note that our views and opinions will be shaped to our experiences, and these will develop over-time according to our human experiences, emotional responses, what we have witnessed and of-course there is much more to say, pending positive and negative sexual experiences.
To also conclude from a spiritual / moral perspective. God did not come judge, but rather to embrace us as we are, in the hope that we may come to God, to know and love God.
“You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.”

This is also where I reflected upon Senator Marco Rubio’s recent introduction of the bill entitled as: ‘‘No Tax Breaks for Radical Corporate Activism Act’’ (Rubio, 2022). While my previous thoughts are as an addition to the recent announcement from companies such as: Amazon, Bumble, CitiGroup, Disney, Lyft, Salesforce, Uber, Yelp and more recently Tesla: I think that companies / corporations that are trading upon the stock markets and become profitable, share some of their extra earnings with employees through Corporate benefits. Which is where we could also add, who is the Tax-Payer? And more-so that corporations are interested in their success, in a sense that they want their employees to be able to “seamlessly” give to the workplace.
While I will hold-back on my view as to right or wrong? I will say that I am proud of individuals such as Senator Rubio who are in a sense advocating for the sacred institution of marriage, healthy relationships, the protection of the unborn, pro-life movements and much more. There are deep-concerns for the preservations of the marital-bond, that is also without a doubt, a sacred bond. We could say that is created as a form of social constructionism, or from a spiritual lens: to view marriage as a sacred union from God.
Where one is bound with another through body, soul, spirit, flesh, mind, heart and much more. It is where two individuals become one, publicly and privately. And of course the sacred act of sex one becomes closer, rooted in-one another that is much deeper. That Thousands, Millions and even Billions of words have tried to describe. With priceless connections associated with the soul and spirit. As one is giving the body and flesh to another. The complete meeting of two as one, to fall in love is bound to happen. It is simply human nature.
With respect to the “Gender Transition Procedure” (Rubio, 2022, p. 2-5), there are limitations placed upon who can get this kind of treatment, and that it is important to evaluate upon on individuals case basis, in-keeping with the exceptions as noted as “(V)” from page 5 onwards (2022, p, 5).
With respect to the Roe v. Wade leak and protests: While the leak happened via Politico, it is my sense that it is a deliberate act to gain a sense of public opinion before the actual decision and final outcome of Roe v. Wade that is scheduled for either June or July. I felt that amongst the consideration: Fetal Development / Gestational Age is crucial to the matter. For instance if Roe v. Wade landmark Supreme Court decision was on January 22nd, 1973, we have to also think and reflect with the progress of human sciences, science and technology, and what have humans further learned about the human fetus. How does this impact the decision of Abortion as illegal or not? There are also many other considerations to note, including emotional impact, the effect upon human health and body organs.
