For Mental Health Awareness Month 2022 I would like to share the above quote that I had originally titled as a blog post, the title that is reflective of Left and Right Wing politics, is associated with the Cerebral hemispheres of the human brain organ. I am proud of both hemispheres of our beautiful wondrous and miraculous organ of the brain. While scientists or popular psychological studies have supported the idea of two hemispheres that have separate functions, termed as the Lateralization of the Brain. I have always believed and supported the idea that for healthy human brain function and human development, both hemispheres of the brain require stimulations, and that communications between the Corpus Callosum is necessary for activities that require stimulations from both sides of the Cerebral Hemispheres. Wishing everyone lots of loving and gentle tender kindness to this beautiful organ of the brain, that is often neglected in-terms of the physiological care that is required for our health.
