The following images are from my July 4th 2022, U.S. Independence Day baking memories. In-particular I was really pleased our baking turned out very well and delicious. Which I always find especially pleasing, given that I don’t want to waste ingredients. Please note that I have included the cheesecake recipe, with the additional blueberry and raspberry topping. And a cooking tip from me is that if you find that there are a few cracks on the cheesecake after baking, there is no need to worry, as when the topping is poured on-to the thawed cheesecake after the frozen procedure, the topping settles in-to the cracks to create a marble effect inside the cheese cake.
I wish everyone had a very happy July 4th 2022 U.S. Independence Day. As we take the time to appreciate the history and formations of the United States of America!
