On March 25th it is the Medal of Honor Day. This is a day that recognizes military members from the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. It is within these categories the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marines and the Guardsmen for Homeland Security, are able to receive a medal under the Department of Navy Recognition. The Space Force Guardians are able to receive under the U.S. Air Force category. To recognize all branches of the military service men and women. The Medal of Honor is the highest and most prestigious Military Award / medal / Decoration that a military member can receive, and is usually awarded by the President. The award is symbolic of individuals who have served, contributed to the creation of a nations history, valour, humanity, humanitarianism, patriotism and sacrifice. Which is derived from the intensity and depth of love for nation.
It is also on this very special day of March 25th, 2022 a ground-breaking ceremony was held in Arlington, Texas, USA for the Medal of Honor Museum. Whilst I only learned of this event after the ceremony took place, I was deeply moved and touched as I watched some of the Live-Ceremony, read news-paper articles and viewed images from the event. I am always proud to see our former Presidents taking part in events. And in a special way the admiration of our 43rd President George W. Bush and his wife First Lady Laura Bush; our common interests within the arts, and the presiding President of the very fragile time within our history of the September 11th 2001 terror attacks in New York. We may not know what you exactly felt on the day, but I will always remember. You stood with America, hand in hand, showed the strength and determination that is takes to keep a nation together. On the 20th Anniversary of 9/11. I especially appreciated to hear the stories of individuals, heroism and survival.
I appreciated that you were able to be a part of the Medal of Honor Ground-Breaking Ceremony in Texas, USA. It is with these thoughts I give you my heartfelt love, gratitude, kindness and thank you’s, to all who were able to make the Ground-Breaking Ceremony possible. I took the time to view the design of the museum, and do have to admit was overcome with emotion as the design evokes much within me. We must rebuild, from the ground up.
I know that the inclusion of the Medal of Honor Museum is needed especially as a place to preserve history, a place where the public is able to share with the prestige and honor, a great educational resource and for community building. A place to reflect, find peace, serenity within a shared story. I am sure that the Medal of Honor Museum is to be well-received. Congratulations upon this historical moment. HUGE TEXAS SIZED HUGS YAY!!! : ) I wish all the best for the construction of the Museum of the Medal of Honor. Thank You! I love you! May God Protect You, preserve you with lots of love and life! God Bless You and God Bless America! Amen.
