NATIONAL PARKS WEEK.

For National Parks week I would like to share the following images of some plants / bulbs that I keep indoors which are the Bougainvillea and the Amaryllis flowers. I am pleasantly surprised with the amount of Bougainvillea flowers that have blossomed this year, in actual fact the most flowers that we’ve had in 7 years!!! You may be able to sense my happiness as I have been sharing many images via my instagram page as well. The Amaryllis is also a beautiful delight, I absolutely love the depth of the red. I appreciate the origins of Bougainvillea as a Latin American plant and the Amaryllis flowers originating from Africa. Both of these plants were given as gifts to us, which I have tired to cultivate and keep them alive throughout the seasons.

I also decided to share upon my website blog page particularly to connect with my previous thoughts where I meditated upon the appreciation of nature if one has incurred loss or wounds from the forces of nature. These thoughts have exemplified the appreciation of nature for the purposes of our habitual spaces and to also continue to pursue with our survival.
