The above is a little conversation that I was imagining, as I thought and reflected upon The National Geographic Series about National Parks entitled: “America’s National Parks” and “Into The Grand Canyon.” As I am in the midst of watching these – I became full of wonder, and pondered upon the vast, magnificent beauty of the lands, nature, elements, and the naturalistic scenes. Captured with awe, breathtaking, delicious, to the minds eye, simply speechless.
I wanted to learn more and thought how the beauty of a nation and land is quite often overshadowed by the popular news media, and what is at the forefront according to national and international news. The social issues that simply act as a plague to cover-up what is desired to be seen, discovered and known. This is not to say that social issues or news media coverages are not important, but it is saying that sometimes we must entangle ourselves away from chaos; to once again remember: there is so much to be grateful for. So much to discover – and so much to be thankful for. The creation of nature’s nurture.
