I truly loved creating for our Thanksgiving day 2021. Whilst I appreciate the traditional cooking and festivities, I also did not want to feel like the joyous thanksgiving day should be one where one feels the pressure, or is simply worn-out from preparing so that the feeling of joy was taken away.
I took the time to enjoy the atmosphere, keep a sense of tradition alive and feel thankful for the peace I felt. Thankfulness is also a gift that deserves protection, care and cultivation.
