I wanted to take the time to think and reflect.
The truth is that I reflected upon my previous blog post, with respect to the following: blurring of borders and / or how nations become aligned with agreements pertaining to safe and secure Space navigations or air travel.
Ultimately I think that if Space travel / navigation such as Space X were to receive official recognition from the United States Government, this would be something that would need to be put forth in legislative writing for the consideration of the United States Senate, Congress, U.S. House of Representatives. But even as I write these words, I think that there is no doubt that U.S officials would be interested in Space Travel activities that take flight upon American soil?
And further developed from my previous thoughts – I think that Space, Air travel is Global, Worldwide, beyond the Earth’s atmosphere and so forth, or any kind of service that is rooted to serve for the United States of America: It doesn’t mean that one cannot have friends or relations from other nations, but it does mean that: each other recognize the boundaries, limits, limitations.
For instance: If one desires peace, it happens from all sides involved. To find a mutual point of agreement. The crucial point is the specific meeting point. However, if one oversteps this point then the discussion becomes more about over-taking, hurting, claiming territory / personhood. Which is where one can become unsettled.
It is with these thoughts I wish Mr. Elon Reeve Musk, FRS., all the very best with the Space X. And I would truly hope that Mr. Musk considers the need for a legal process, and put forth ideas as such to local politicians, or that of the U.S. Senate Members reach-out to Mr. Musk for these considerations. Maybe these thoughts are premature to some? But there is a need to reflect upon and regulate private space explorations. Here I could connect the words from the Kennedy conversation such as ending the forever war that I disagreed with, but do agree with the views circulating upon, integration.
As per previous writings: invention and creativity is a gift, and as inventions are developed, the magnitude and scales deserve some-kind of protections, recognitions, in this context, Space X, as well as in-keeping to safeguard America. These thoughts are also linked to protecting scientific findings resulting from Space explorations, patents, copyrights and so-forth.
