I took the time to reflect upon the ancient Greek, Religious Scribes and Pharisees. While the breadth and depth of these groups is beyond the scope of this blog-post. I reflected upon their efforts as traditional scribes whose writing was a practitioner form to create legal documents or as conveyors of truth, similar to modern day writers, journalists, academic scholars and so on. While the interests of scholars and academia is wide in variety, breadth and depth – the objective is to try and create some-kind of public good / societal progress and so forth.
With these thoughts in mind I reflected upon human-beings and net-value. While there are of-course individuals who desire to protect, may have a duty and responsibility to protect net-worth individuals. I wondered about the work of the modern day scribe? Their value and work may not be parallel to net worth / value, but maybe it is or not? But I think we can say that their work is intended to add-value to society, where monetary value is at-first unknown.
These thoughts were written to create thought provoking moments amongst net-valued individuals who are in moments of challenges, that agree or disagree with certain views and opinions.
