PRESIDENT’S DAY 2022!

February 21st 2021 is the federal holiday that is known as President’s Day, that takes place on the third Monday of February each year. This holiday was originally designated to celebrate the birthday of one of the Founding Fathers of America, President George Washington. It is now a day recognized to celebrate all of America’s Presidents past and present. However, the Federal holiday may vary from state to state, as I learned that Alabama has omitted President Abraham Lincoln from this holiday, who led the union against the Confederacy during the Civil War. President George Washington led the revolutionary war of Independence in 1776, and also recognized Spanish military leader Bernado Vincente de Galvez y Madrid who was integral to achieve America’s victory. Happy President’s Day!!!
