I would like to take the time to say thank you to Landry’s kitchen for sharing their recipe and searing technique for the classic Chateaubriand Roast which I created for a traditional New Year’s Day dinner. My roast may not look exactly as the recipe and that is because I blended with some spices and marinated the meat for a 2 days and cooked the meat to a well-done doneness. And I have to say that the meal was delicious and well-worth the preparation and learning of the searing. Please enjoy the images below as well as the inclusion the original Landry’s Kitchen recipe! Enjoy!
Thank You For Your Service! My Thoughts To Share With Love & Kindness! 🙂
