I wanted to take the time to think and reflect …
The truth is that it goes without saying that the United States of America is home to the historical greatest inventors including: Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Nikola Tesla. While I appreciate creativity and inventions from the greatest of historical names, to the simple everyday creation such as a piece of art, writing or a recipe. I reflected upon the Tesla Car that celebrated their 20th birthday on July 1st 2023. I appreciate the designs of the car models. And what distinguishes the car design from other motor vehicles is that Tesla doesn’t require traditional fuels such as Petroleum, Diesel, or a monthly oil change. The Tesla car is fully electrical and operates with a battery.
I appreciate and thank you for your inventions, consumer choice portfolio, efforts to protect the environment from pollution effects, and help to conserve / preserve the World’s natural resources such as oil. Oil is a resource that is irreplaceable. It is also a resource countries are dependant upon as an income source, such as Venezuela; where my humanitarian concern arises.
With respect to SPACE X and Space navigation, including other private space commercial travel experiments. I wondered that if SPACE X and other products associated with Space X were to launch from the USA, that these efforts and endeavours align with policy and practice of the United States of America?
I am concerned for the protection of the U.S. Homeland security, domestic and foreign. That is beyond what we could say party politics, such as Republican or Democrat. This thought also allows us to reflect upon invention, and when efforts have reached a point of magnitude where formal Government Intervention, recognitions or regulations are needed.
While I am appreciate of the investments from Tesla and Space x that are rooted from deep in the heart of Texas, the last thing that any nation would want are threats of any-kind breeding from within a nation??
Notes: Please note that these thoughts are not a personal attack upon one’s efforts for creation or invention. But rather reveal the personal sacrifices that are derived from commitments, pledges of allegiance or as oath keepers. As well as to evoke a question from previous writings: such as blurring of borders and / or how nations become aligned with agreements pertaining to safe and secure Space navigations or air travel. Similar agreements upon Earth such as: The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (UNESCO) or imports and exports of agricultural products.
