On June 19th 2023 the United States of America celebrates Juneteenth. This is year 3 of Juneteenth as an official USA Federal holiday, that officially stems from Galveston, Texas. On this day I join all Public institutions that officially celebrate Juneteenth. I especially want to reiterate that I acknowledge African-American contributions as America’s America’s history. It is also upon this day I also think as how Juneteenth could also reflect upon civil society members, all forms of social inclusion, histories, as the making of America. Happy Juneteenth 2023!!
