The truth is that as I took the time to reflect upon my previous writings, especially pertaining to the idea of love and the union of souls: I meditated upon this and felt sad, especially as when souls have encircled each-other in minds and hearts, I felt that this type of union should be recognized. But the unfortunate truth is that one is forced to silence the truth of the heart, find ways to steer away from touching the truth of the heart.
I think that this is absolutely unnatural, on the contrary to our vey human nature. And this quite often slowly erupts, manifests physically, psychosomatic and so forth. These kinds of unions that have lasted for years without any-kind of recognition in view is unjust.
We can connect to examples associated with human biology, and human relations, with the protections that are connected for the care of the unborn of gender, human biology, and sexuality. While I have discussed topics in much details previously, the revolving currency of discussions exemplifies the continuous evolutions of human thoughts upon the human conditions. That require additional debates upon the topics / matters.
For example: I don’t agree with discriminations based upon gender identity, but I am grateful for SB14 as stipulated by Texas Law to ban gender modification procedures upon minors, however; this legislation needs to be read in more detail, given decisions are based on a case by case basis. However, going backwards upon progressive topics in my minds eye could be labelled as ignorance, and to place emphasis on repeated topics could also simply be a cover-up or silence other topics.
Hence; the former view of love and relations, can be argued as such as the human body is downgraded and objectified. Thus; why specific laws, informal agreements between partners are created. Given intimacy as our human nature. Here we can reflect upon Common-Law partners and marriage that are in place to recognize the formation of human relations. Common Law exists in 9 states of America and 1 additional to include Military Law. Many rights can be granted to couples under the umbrella of this law, and could be viewed as a segway to marriage. However, dissolving Sui juris does not grant or give the same rights to individuals who reached a divorce decision.
Common-Law Marriage was brought to the USA from the historical Colonies of England, while Common-law can be viewed as favorable, it may neglect from the spiritual aspects of the union of body and soul as a sacred God-Given right, a beautiful gift of God, as heavenly souls unite upon the Earth, as our blessed sacrament of body, blood and flesh, thus to evoke the religious laws pertaining to human relations.
