My thoughts of love, prayer and condolences to family, friends, relatives, the Houston Police Department (HPD), Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner’s office, the city of Houston and all who mourn the loss of Deputy Constable Omar Ursin. Deputy Ursin was tragically shot while he was off-duty to simply pick-up supper for his family. He was 37 years young.
Thank you for your desire to serve and protect Houston, Texas. As we once again realize that the senseless acts of gun violences that are devastating and destroying the lives of first-responders, emergency services, and all who want to make an impact with the uniform one has attained to wear, as ones American Dream.
