On the 28th of November 2021 it was the first day of the 2021 Advent season as well as the beginning of Hanukkah 2021. This was a day of excitement as the celebration of faiths intersect. As a mark of respect for the Ministry and services that I virtually attended for the joyous occasion of the Advent season, and first Sunday Solemn Vespers, it was my decision to delay my Hanukkah wishes. With my wish for respect of the Catholic traditions and faith, and a reminder: “… Jesus of Nazareth, the king of the Jews” (John 19: 19). It is with these thoughts I would like to extend my Happy Hanukkah wishes to all who celebrate.
