On Spirit Day 2021 I would like to take the time to thank everyone who supported the cause. Spirit Day is an International day that aims to raise awareness for anti-bullying campaigns for the LGBTQI+ campaign. Whilst I believe that everyone should be able to hold their own sexual preference and sexual expressions, I also believe that this should be for all including Heterosexuality. And as we promote anti-bullying it is also important to remember that most of the time those who enact in bullying behaviours have often been the victims of bullying or trauma. But this should not mean that the behaviours should be accepted but it does mean that human possess the ethos / moral character of empathy, to reckon with what happened? What could be done better? Is there a better way? I want to listen to you? Can we talk? I need help? I need you? Or why did the behavior occur? Do you need support? Can we support each-other? In all instances there are moments and opportunity for reflections, personal and professional development.
