Our thoughts of love, prayer and condolences to family, friends, relatives, colleagues and all who mourn the death of Deputy Caleb Rule. Dept Rule was police constable with Fort Bend Precinct 4. He was tragically killed in a shooting incident. Deputy Caleb Rule is survived by his four children and wife. It is truly heartbreaking.
