I would like to express my thoughts of love, prayer, and condolences to family, friends, relatives, loved ones and all who are affected with the passing of Javier Enrique Menéndez Parra, QDDG. Mr. Parra was the Consular General of El Salvador in Omaha, Nebraska, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also served for Consular Embassies in El Salvador, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic.
At this time I share our heartfelt love and sympathy to the El Salvadorian political community, Nebraska Colleagues, the political community of the United States of America and Latin / South America. The passing of Mr. Parra is a reminder of the intertwined human relations that are essential for prosperous communications between the continents.
Thank you for your accomplishments, service and sacrifices for our valued shared relationships that are appreciated. May you rest in peace, in the eternal kingdom of Heaven, amen. God Bless You and God Bless America.
