I would like to congratulate and thank President Joseph R. Biden JR., for successfully delivering his second State of the Union address 2023. I appreciate the presence of the U.S. House of Representatives, Republicans, Democrats, the Biden Administration, the newly elected Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, and the First Lady of the United States of America, Dr. Jill Biden. While I am sure there are critical political points, I reiterate congratulations for a successful first State of the Union address 2023 to a Republican-led house. CONGRATULATIONS!
