I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the Argentine football / soccer legend Diego Armando Maradona. Argentina has truly lost an icon and legend. Thus his legacy will live on! With his passing I was reminded of Frida Kahlo’s, Diego Rivera. Diego only realized how much he truly loved Frida Kahlo when she too passed away, this reminder reveals how as humans we too do not realize the living legends that live among us, and I wonder why it is through the passing of life that we much inherently remember, what one was, or what has been lost. Which is why we can and should celebrate the legacy through the living life as well.
