I express my thoughts of sympathy to everyone affected with the protests and the burning of the U.S. Flag that took place outside of Union Station, Washington D.C., USA, on This event took place while Israeli Prime Minister Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting Washington to address the U.S. Congress / Capitol.
I think that the protests did take-away attention from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address – and I also think that while the shift of attention was the intent of the protest, the creation of such, sought to damage, create thrifts, to the process of healing relations and peace. However; it is also an important reminder of the silent genocides.
