My thoughts of love, prayer and condolences to family, friends, loved ones and all who are affected with the Perry High School shooting in Iowa, that took place on Thursday morning, January 4th, 2024. From this incident the shooter is identified as deceased, with school administrators and students who have sustained injuries. This is a developing news-media story. At this time I pray for the Perry Community, in particular schools, students, the school community who were returning to school from winter break. I wish for solemn peace and reflections for the family of the identified shooter, as the topic of gun-violence once again emerges. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. From this incident a six grade student from the school has passed away. My sympathies and condolences to friends, family, loved ones and all who mourn this loss of innocent life. May you rest in peace with eternal life in the eternal kingdom of Heaven, amen.
Five individuals are wounded. I look forward to the good news of your recovery.
