As the holy days of Easter 2024 are upon us, I appreciate the idea of the Lenten Season as a journey, to spiritually prepare our hearts and minds. For this preparation, this year I decided to learn more, and reflect upon the Stations of the Cross. Similar to the declaration of Christ’s birth of Christmas: we cannot stand alone when there is a negation of such; as Jesus Christ who is carrying the wooden cross, is helped with those that walk alongside Jesus. While our human suffering cannot compare with Christ’s, we are called to pick up our own cross each-day. In our Lenten Journey, our open hearts with open wounds. Accept life and live for the Glory of God. God Bless You, amen.
