My thoughts of love, prayer and condolences to family, friends, relatives, loved ones, the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and all who mourn the loss of U.S. Marine Major. Andrew Mettler. Maj. Mettler passed away on the 24th of August 2023 during the F/A 18D training flight in the vicinity of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. My heartfelt sympathies to all who mourn and grieve this loss of life. I appreciate the USMC for your honor and reverence as you describe Maj. Mettler’s passion to serve for the United States Marines. Thank you. Thank you for your service and sacrifices. May God bless you with eternal life in the eternal kingdom of Heaven, amen.
